What is the return policy?
We want to keep our prices as fair as possible for our customers, so we offer free exchanges on all orders. If you need to return an item, you’re welcome to do so, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain quality products at the best value.
When will I get my order?
Shipping times depend on the product and whether it’s in stock. Most of our items are made-to-order, so delivery can range from a few days up to a couple of weeks. We carefully craft and prepare each piece to ensure the highest quality, and we appreciate your patience while we get your order ready.
Where are your products manufactured?
To keep our prices fair, we currently source our fabrics from overseas but craft each piece in-house at our Boise location. We’re also actively working to move production fully to the U.S., so we can continue delivering the highest quality products you expect and deserve.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders! We want to make it easy and affordable to get your items delivered safely and quickly.
Sizing & FIt
Each of our products has a unique fit and sizing, so we recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. This ensures you get the perfect fit for the piece you love.
Product Care
To keep your pieces looking and feeling their best, we recommend washing in warm or cold water and either air drying or tumble drying on low. Following these simple steps helps maintain the quality, fit, and feel of your apparel for everyday wear.
